This suit involves the construction of the royalty clause of an oil and gas lease. The Gresham family owned an undivided ¼th, or 10/40ths fee interest in the minerals on the land involved. Plaintiff, Margaret G. Gibson is a member of such family and owned 1/10th of the Gresham family interest or 1/40th of the entire mineral interest.
