Claimant, whose age was thirty-two years, was employed as a beer salesman by the respondent employer. While engaged in the course of his employment he fainted, fell and was injured when his head struck the floor. He recalled very little about his fainting spell, in fact he was unable to state positively whether he was sitting down or standing up at the time. He felt tired at the time but otherwise there is no proof whatever as to what caused the incident. Hence it follows...
