The employee died May 28, 1949. The cause of his death was fixed as confluent bronchopneumonia with associated conditions of congestion of lungs, liver and kidneys, diabetes mellitus and osteomyelitis. He had sustained accidental injuries on July 22, 1929, then suffering a compound fracture of the tibia and fibula of the right leg. Compensation was paid from July 22, 1929, to November 8, 1935, the case being closed April 6, 1936,...
