Leslie and Mary Hamilton, husband and wife, makers of a series of principal and interest notes, sued to enjoin the attempted foreclosure of the deed of trust securing them and to enjoin the transfer of two of said notes which plaintiffs claimed in their petition they had paid to a collecting agent of the owner of the notes, and also prayed for the return of the notes.
