This is a suit in equity to foreclose a judgment lien on certain real property. Harold Stubblefield, the alleged owner of the property, and Coy Mae Foster were joined as defendants, but the cause was dismissed as to Coy Mae Foster. The court found the issues in favor of plaintiff and entered a judgment in accordance with the prayer of her petition. Harold Stubblefield's motion for a new trial was overruled...
