American Fidelity and Casualty Company, Texas and Pacific Motor Transport Company, and Harvey Steen Bell, appellants herein, seek reversal of a judgment against them based on the verdict of a jury in the amount of $42,353.44. The case arises out of a collision between a transport truck, owned by Texas and Pacific, driven by Bell and insured by American Fidelity, and an automobile driven by Louis A. Drexler, who was killed in the collision....
