This action was brought against Mamie Beard Richard, driver of an automobile which was involved in a collision with a motor-scooter being ridden by the plaintiff, Billy J. Dunnington. The insurer of the automobile, the Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Co., was joined as a defendant.
