Jerry Mae Kelso and Emerson R. Kelso were formerly husband and wife. On July 21, 1951, Mrs. Kelso obtained a decree of divorce from Kelso on a cross-complaint. On the same day the parties executed a property settlement agreement which was incorporated in the decree.
