Plaintiff, Wyler Watch Agency, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Wyler Watch), with its principal office in the City of New York, sued defendant, Harbert D. Hooker, for $2,914.55 on a running account for Wyler watches sold to defendant. In his answer, defendant admitted purchase of the watches at "the prices" charged in plaintiff's statement of account, which "were reasonable and proper."
