The appellants, Inez Mary Ranney and Arlene Lillian Craft (formerly Taylor), filed this action against Conrad Zimmerman, John Griffin Green, George Fox Green, and Mine Service Company. They asked the court to construe the fourth paragraph of the will of Alice M.
