This is an appeal from a judgment which permanently enjoined the appellants, Earl Holland and Lawrence Williams, Conservation Officers of the State, from interfering with the operation of a fish pond, "pay lake," owned by the appellees, Avery Flora and Lucille T. Flora. The appellants had visited the property of the appellees for the purpose of checking the fishing licenses of patrons engaged in fishing there. On one occasion they had arrested two...
