This is an action to enjoin the Assessor, the Comptroller and the Collector of the City of St. Louis from assessing, extending and collecting taxes against plaintiff's real estate located at 4633 Lindell Boulevard in St. Louis, and to declare the property exempt from taxation for the year 1953.
