Walter Wrobleski and wife, Ruth Wrobleski, sued Tommy Coleman, former Constable to Precinct No. 8 of Harrison county, texas, and Dr. I. R. Fowler for alleged damages. Plaintiffs took a non-suit as to Dr. Fowler. Trial was to a jury. Two special issues were submitted to the jury.
