This is an appeal from an order denying a motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate a judgment and sentence of imprisonment. Appellant, who was represented by counsel, entered a plea of guilty to an indictment charging in separate counts armed robbery of a bank and transportation of a stolen automobile in interstate commerce.
