CHRISTENSON, District Judge.

This is an action brought under § 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 52 Stat. 1060, as amended, 63 Stat. 910, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., to enjoin the defendant from alleged failure to pay overtime compensation in compliance with § 7 of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 207.
