Appellants are the children of Mr. Raines by a former wife and the personal representatives of his estate. They filed this suit on April 20, 1953 against Theresa Korte Raines and Rosa Korte, her mother, appellees here, to set aside two deeds executed in December, 1950, and to have the court...
