When Cullen M. Vincent died intestate August 26, 1953, a substantial deposit stood to his credit in the Bank of Rector. Emeline Vincent, the decedent's sister sued George Vincent, administrator, and the bank, alleging that by virtue of a signed card containing written directions a joint tenancy was created with right of survivorship in the plaintiff, Act 260 of 1937, Ark.
