DAVISON, Justice.

This is an action in condemnation brought by the plaintiff, Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, against the defendants, Vance L. Rowlett and Mildred Rowlett, wherein the plaintiff sought, by eminent domain, to acquire a right of way for an electric transmission line across the lands belonging to the defendants. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
