Appellant was tried before a jury and convicted on the charge of violation of Title 18, U.S.C. § 2315.1 The indictment charged appellant Kretske did receive, conceal and store certain goods, wares and merchandise of the value of more than $5,000 which were a part of and constituted interstate commerce, knowing the same to have been stolen.
