This is an antitrust case brought by the State under Title 126, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St., and Section 26, Art. I, Texas Constitution, Vernon's Ann.St., for injunction and for penalties provided by Art. 7436, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St., against our petitioners as defendants.

The various defendants filed a great many special exceptions to the State's petition. After an extensive hearing the trial court sustained all special exceptions. The State declined...
