This action was brought to recover the sum of $6,000 which the plaintiffs paid to one George Anagnost in settlement of a claim against them, together with the expenses incurred in the defense and settlement of a suit brought by Anagnost against them, as well as damages suffered by the plaintiffs, because of the refusal of the defendant to recognize its obligations under the insurance contract, hereafter set forth.
