Action under Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51, for damages for dermatitis, claimed to have been caused by contact with sodium bichromate, used by defendant as a rust inhibitor in the cooling system of its diesel engines. Plaintiff had a verdict for $35,000 and defendant has appealed from the judgment entered.
