Lumes Johnson was killed shortly before noon on February 21, 1952, when an automobile which he owned and in which he was riding, but which was being driven by Delores Walters, was in collision with a truck which was owned by East Texas Motor Freight Lines and which was being driven for it by Cleveland Como. Katie Johnson, Lillie Wilson, and James Henry Jones, the wife, mother, and father, respectively, of Lumes Johnson, brought this suit to recover...
