By this suit appellee Thompson, as a citizen and taxpayer, challenged the constitutionality of Act 273 of 1953. He named State Auditor Humphrey and State Treasurer Clayton as defendants; and prayed that they be enjoined from performing anything required of them by the said Act 273.
