PER CURIAM.

This appeal comes to the court on a clerk's transcript of the record of the trial court. We have examined it and find no reversible error therein. Wherefore, the judgment rendered and entered against defendant, adjudging that he be committed to the Woodbury County jail for fifteen days, is affirmed.
