STATE v. FREDRICKSON

No. 48446.

62 N.W.2d 913 (1954)

STATE of Iowa, appellee, v. Martin Francis FREDRICKSON, appellant.

Supreme Court of Iowa.

March 9, 1954.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Thomas E. Mullen, Creston, and D. D. Slaymaker, Osceola, for appellant.

Leo A. Hoegh, Atty. Gen., R. R. R. Dvorak, Asst. Atty. Gen., Ward W. Reynoldson, County Atty., Osceola, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

This appeal is submitted on a clerk's transcript of the record, which we have examined and find no reversible error therein. The judgment of the district court, sentencing the defendant to pay a fine in the sum of $300, and to be imprisoned in the Clarke County jail until said fine is satisfied, not to exceed one day for every three and one-third dollars of said fine, is therefore affirmed.
