One Charles Stout operated and drove the Dodge Coupe in question in Nowata County, Oklahoma, and into the City of Nowata. There the auto was searched by the County Sheriff and his deputies and found to contain eighteen and one-half cases of intoxicating liquor being transported in violation of law.
