In March 1924, Alfred E. Hills and his wife, Florence Hills, placed of record a plat of Venicetta Beach showing two streets, one 80 feet wide and 300 feet long extending east and west through the property. The second was 80 feet wide, 1080 feet long, extending north and south, and was known as Ocean Boulevard.
