Plaintiffs in error filed their caveat in the trial court objecting to the probate of an instrument offered as the last will and testament of A. C. McLaughlin, deceased. As heirs at law they would be entitled to a onefourth interest in the property involved if the will were rejected. Defendants in error are the other heirs at law, who do not object to probate of said will, and the two beneficiaries thereunder, all of whom seek to uphold said document...
