Plaintiff, a minor, by his duly appointed next friend, Walter Daniels, sued to recover $30,500 for personal injuries and damages to his automobile sustained in a collision of his automobile with a motor truck owned and operated by defendant. Defendant admitted the collision, denied it was caused by his negligence and, by way of counterclaim, sought to recover from plaintiff the sum of $40,500 for personal injuries, loss of earnings and damages...
