This cause resulted from an order allowing the partition of certain property belonging to the estate of Charles Moran, deceased.

Partition for letters of administration in the estate of Charles Moran, deceased, were granted to Helen LaDue, appellant here and a daughter of the deceased. The next of kin and sole heirs of Charles Moran were Helen LaDue, Mary Peyton, Charles Moran, Leonard Moran, Florence Engar, Gertrude Rohr and Peter Moran...
