This action, commenced by plaintiff, is in equity, for declaratory relief, an accounting, to quiet title, and for damages.

[1] The appeal is on the judgment roll alone. Only the pleadings, findings and judgment will therefore be considered since it must be assumed that the evidence was sufficient to support the findings. (3 Cal.Jur.2d 798, § 267.)
