PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, in violation of section 321.281, Codes 1950, 1954, I.C.A. He appeared in person and with his attorney, entered a plea of guilty to the offense charged and was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary at Fort Madison for an indeterminate period not to exceed three years. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript...
