Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, in violation of section 321.281, Codes 1950, 1954, I.C.A. He appeared in person and with his attorney, entered a plea of guilty to the offense charged and was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary at Fort Madison for an indeterminate period not to exceed three years.
