This is an appeal from an order denying a motion made under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate and set aside a judgment and sentence of imprisonment. Three indictments were returned against the appellant Hodge in the court below: one charged conspiracy with other persons to violate the provisions of the Dyer Vehicle Theft Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2312 and 2313, another charged substantive violations of that act...
