The plaintiff (respondent) leased certain real and personal property to defendants (appellants) for the term of ten months from August 9, 1950, to June 10, 1951. The property had been used by the plaintiff as a motel and also as a nursing home for the care of elderly people. The lease, in terms, limited defendants to the same uses.
