This is an appeal from a decree of the Lee County Circuit Court, in Equity, sustaining a demurrer to and dismissing appellant's cross bill.

In his bill of complaint appellee, husband of appellant, sought a divorce on the ground of voluntary abandonment and an adjustment of the property rights to a house and lot, the deed to which was made to both of them. We are not concerned with this latter feature...
