This appeal is from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court, Chancery Branch, First Division, dismissing appellant's petition.

On May 3, 1951, plaintiff below and appelant here, Wauneta Rivers, filed an action against appellees, Raymond James and Eva, his wife, to set aside a deed executed by appellant's mother to appellees on June 14, 1946.
