Appellants, plaintiffs below, appealed from a summary judgment denying their claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., for minimum wages and overtime pay. The actions arose from work performed in connection with the construction of two low-rent housing projects pursuant to a contract entered into between appellee and the Housing Authority of the town of Ville Platte, Louisiana.
