CAPOTOSTO, Justice.
This is a motion in a divorce case to adjudge respondent in contempt for failure to comply with an order for certain weekly payments and for an award of counsel fees. After a hearing in the superior court the motion was denied and dismissed. Upon the entry of a decree to that effect petitioner appealed to this court.
