This is an action of trespass arising out of an automobile accident in which husband plaintiff was the driver and sole occupant of an automobile belonging to his wife. The jury arrived at a verdict for wife plaintiff for damages to the automobile in the sum of $1,995 and for husband plaintiff a verdict was returned in the sum of $700. Plaintiffs filed a motion for a new trial.
