Appellants H. B. Bullard and wife, Stella Bullard, brought this suit against appellees Don Rounsaville and wife, Sue Wilson Rounsaville, to recover damages for the death of their fifteen year old son, Eual Ray Bullard, who lost his life in a collision between a motor scooter which he was riding and an automobile driven by Mrs. Rounsaville. At the conclusion of the evidence, the court instructed a verdict for appellees; and the only point for reversal...
