In his complaint, Wesley J. Fontenot alleges that he was riding as a guest with his wife, Joan Rae Fontenot, when a pick-up mail truck operated by an employee of Paul Roach, its owner, negligently ran into the Fontenot automobile, causing injury to plaintiff and to his wife.
