The chancellor found that a mineral deed purportedly executed by M.J. Thomas and wife, Rosetta Thomas, to Ed W. Dawson was a forgery, and that neither signed it; and the deed was cancelled. This deed was dated January 15, 1940, and purported to convey one-half of the minerals under the 120 acre homestead belonging to M.J. Thomas. Appellants are the grantees of Dawson.
