The Toll Bridge Authority Act (Ga. L. 1953, Jan.-Feb. Sess., p. 302), created a body corporate and politic to be known as the "State Toll Bridge Authority", to be an instrumentality of the State of Georgia, to consist of three members to be appointed by the Governor.
