Appellant sued appellee, the City of Austin, in trespass to try title and for damages. She alleged that appellee without her knowledge or consent constructed an electric transmission line on her land, placed a support pole thereon and anchored the same to the ground by means of a guy wire and deadman; that valuable trees were cut and the brush and stumps were left on the land which she purchased for a home; that appellee's action rendered the land unfit...
