Involved in this appeal is the issue of liquidated damages and attorney's fee in a case wherein appellant Broach, a night watchman, recovered a judgment against appellee McPherson, operator of a rice mill, for minimum wages and overtime due according to the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 206-207.
