Appellees, father and son, conducted a mercantile business in Waynesboro, Mississippi. They carried water-damage insurance with appellants. On the night of April 5th-6th, 1953, the merchandise was damaged by water. The Insurance Companies denied liability but all parties agreed that if there was liability the amount of the damage was $921.27. The jury found appellants liable and rendered a verdict against them for said amount. Judgment was entered accordingly...
