This is a suit to set aside a quitclaim deed and to recover the sum of $1,500 as damages to the plaintiffs' inheritance. In their petition the plaintiffs alleged as grounds for setting aside the deed that the aged grantor had been ill for some time, that her mind had become weakened and impaired, and that the defendants, "for the purpose of defrauding the plaintiffs," persuaded, induced and unduly influenced the grantor to make the conveyance...
