Appellant parked his automobile near his place of residence in Arlington, Va., and it was damaged when struck by another vehicle some time during the night of January 7, 1952. Investigation led appellant to believe that it was appellee's automobile that had caused the damage and that it was being driven at the time by one Callahan. Suit to recover his damages was then filed against both the owner and the driver. Service of process could not...
