Lois R. Weller owned a certain automobile which was covered by a policy of automobile public liability insurance, issued by the National Surety Corporation. On date of May 2, 1953, Mrs. Weller and her automobile were involved in an accident with a vehicle operated by James W. Diggs. The limits of Mrs. Weller's liability insurance policy was $10,000 for each person and $20,000 each accident for personal injuries, and $5,000 for property damage...
